Please arrive a few minutes early and be ready to begin on time. We will generally take a 30–60 minute lunch break each day.

Attendance Is Required

Participants are expected to attend the entire training, every day. Before registering, please clear your schedule. Do not plan work shifts, appointments, transportation obligations, or other non-emergency obligations during training hours.

Emergencies happen, but otherwise you should plan to be fully present from beginning to end. Missing portions of training may affect your ability to successfully complete your certification requirements.

What Happens After In-Person Training?

Initial Coach Training does not complete your certification. After the in-person training, you will complete your Vertica certifications through our online certification portal: www.verticacertify.com.

Your certification deadline will be determined by your local franchisee. In most cases, coaches are expected to complete certification within approximately two weeks following Initial Coach Training.

Certification consists of a written exam and video uploads demonstrating each required aspect of the class you are certifying to teach. You may certify in multiple Vertica class formats based on your role, qualifications, and the needs of your studio.

A Note for Admin Team Members

Admins and Customer Experience Coordinators are welcome to attend. The training is primarily coach-focused, but seeing the classes, coaches, studio experience, sales process, and Vertica manifesto in action makes it easier to support customers and represent the Vertica brand.

Come Ready!

You don't need to arrive knowing everything—that's why we're training. Come prepared, on time, ready to move, open to feedback, ready to learn, ready to support your teammates, and ready to have fun.

We can't wait to train with you and officially welcome you to Team Vertica.

Every BODY Belongs. Every BODY is Beautiful. Every BODY can go Vertical.
